Frequently Asked Questions

  • Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model that allows families to have a direct relationship with their pediatrician through a simple monthly membership. This means no insurance billing, no hidden fees, just personalized care, when and where your child needs it.

  • In a traditional model, care is often rushed due to insurance limitations. Here we limit the number of families we serve so we can provide longer visits, same or next-day appointments and direct communication, all without the red tape of insurance. Additionally, offering convenient home visits allows for a deeper personalized relationship with your doctor.

This model allows us to build trusting, respectful relationships with families while supporting parents as the primary educators and caretakers of their children. Families of all faiths and backgrounds are warmly welcomed.

  • Absolutely! The membership offers peace of mind and easier access because you never know when your child might get sick. We’re here whenever you need us. By offering a lower monthly subscription, parents can freely text or use telehealth for concerns that come up without having to schedule a visit. Your provider will decide when an in person visit is warranted.

  • Often yes, but it depends on your plan. Some Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) may cover DPC fees. We recommend checking with your employer or accountant for specifics.

  • Vaccines and labs are available and can be billed separately or coordinated through your insurance or a local lab partner. We’ll help you navigate the best, most affordable options.

  • We care for children from birth through young adulthood. Whether you’re preparing for your first newborn or parenting a growing teen, we’re here for every stage.

  • Yes! Expectant parents can schedule a complimentary Meet and Greet to see if our care is the right fit for your family. Other families can book a Discovery Visit to discuss your child’s health and determine if our approach meets your needs. Both can be scheduled virtually.

  • Membership enrollment will happen after the initial Discovery call, if you decide to move forward with our services. Please fill out the pre-enrollment forms online if interested and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
